What happens during an Ayurvedic consultation?
The consultation is a conversation about your current concerns, daily routine and overall wellbeing. Depending on your needs, the discussion may include sleep, digestion, activity, stress, lifestyle patterns and previous care.
Relevant medical history, medications or reports can be discussed directly during the consultation when appropriate. Treatment or therapy recommendations are made only after considering the individual situation.
A personalised approach to care
Ayurveda is traditionally individualised rather than one-size-fits-all. After consultation, guidance may include lifestyle or diet-related suggestions and, where suitable, traditional Ayurvedic therapies or wellbeing programmes.
Dr Shiji’s approach combines traditional Ayurvedic principles with practical guidance suited to contemporary lifestyles in the UAE.
